6. Retention Period
Booking enquiries not resulting in an appointment — deleted after 6 months
Client data following a completed appointment — retained in accordance with the statutory retention obligation (10 years, Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 958f), then deleted
Technical access logs — automatically deleted after 30 days
Reference images and uploaded photos — deleted after project completion, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon.
